How do you handle returns?
We are unable to accept returns due to hygiene. Please contact us within 14 days if there is a problem and we will do our best to remedy it.
Do I need to store my moisturiser in the fridge?
Generally no, as long as it is in a cool place. It has a shelf life of around 8 months in a cool place. However if you have more jars than you are using I recommend storing it in the fridge. It lasts well over a year in the fridge.
If you live in a hot climate I would recommend transferring some moisturiser into a smaller jar for your daily use and keeping the rest in the fridge, and refilling the small one when needed. That way it will stay fresh.
How much should I use and how often?
This varies according to each individual and the seasons.
You generally only need to use a small amount as it is full of rich and nourishing ingredients.
If you find it is too heavy or oily just mix a bit of water with a small amount of cream in the palm of your hand and then apply.
How often is again up to the individual. I find that my skin stays hydrated all day after applying in the morning. I usually apply in the evening before bed as well.
I have sensitive skin, which cream do you recommend?
I would recommend you use the Calendula and Honey.
If you have super sensitive skin please do a patch test on your inner arm and observe for any reactions in the following 12 hrs.
